Dr mattress Cleaning Company Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services provided by [Dr mattress] (“Company”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the mattress cleaning services provided by the Company.
1. Services Provided:
1.1 The Company will provide professional mattress cleaning services as requested by the customer.
1.2 The Company will use reasonable care and skill in providing the services, employing trained and qualified personnel. 1.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the condition of the mattress poses a risk to its staff or equipment.
2. Customer Responsibilities:
2.1 The customer must provide accurate and complete information about the mattress and any relevant health concerns or specific requirements.
2.2 The customer must ensure the mattress is accessible for cleaning at the agreed-upon time, free of any obstacles or hazardous materials.
2.3 The customer is responsible for removing any personal items, valuables, or sensitive information from the mattress prior to the cleaning service.
2.4 The customer must make payment for the services as per the agreed-upon terms.
3. Pricing and Payment:
3.1 The pricing for the mattress cleaning services will be provided to the customer before the service is scheduled.
3.2 The customer agrees to make payment in full upon completion of the cleaning service, unless payment(s) was made upon booking online.
3.3 In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the customer, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, subject to its cancellation policy.
4. Liability and Warranty:
4.1 The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure the cleaning services are performed to a high standard and meet the customer’s expectations.
4.2 The Company is not liable for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions or defects in the mattress, including but not limited to stains, tears, or discoloration.
4.3 The Company is not liable for any damage or loss to personal items or valuables left on or near the mattress during the cleaning service.
4.4 The Company does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains or odours from the mattress, as some stains or odours may be permanent, may require multiple cleaning or may require specialized treatment.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality:
5.1 The Company respects the privacy of its customers and will handle any personal information provided in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its privacy policy.
5.2 The Company will not disclose any customer information to third parties without the customer’s consent, except as required by law.
6. Termination:
6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
6.2 In the event of termination, the customer shall pay any outstanding fees owed to the Company for services provided prior to termination.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. By using the mattress cleaning services provided by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
